How to read Alto clef

The Alto Clef is the the clef where medium instruments (like violas) read music. It is sometimes referred to as "C Clef" and is pictured here. The alto clef lives on a staff with 5 lines and 4 spaces. Each line and space has a name. Below you will see all of the notes on the staff of the treble clef. LEARN TO MEMORIZE THE PLACEMENT AND NAMES OF THESE NOTES!
